If you've just enjoyed a meal at a restaurant renowned French, now can try to make it yourself. This is the recipe you're the famous French restaurant, Lyon-Hotel Mandarin Oriental Jakarta.
For: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1.2 kg chicken, cut into 10 sections so
180 gr beef bacon, remove skin and cut into 1 cm
350 gr elbow pasta, boiled with 1 sm butter and serve with a sprinkling of parsley
1.2 liters of red wine
180 g carrots, thinly sliced round
180 g button mushrooms, slice a bit thick
180 gr shallot onions, peeled and thinly sliced
5 grams of garlic, finely chopped
220 gr onion, diced
Thyme to taste
1 piece of bay leaf
120 g of parsley, chopped
80 g butter
60 grams of salt
40 gr pepper
How to make Chicken With Mushroom:
Marinade
- Season the chicken the day before.
- Marinate chicken with wine, sliced onions, sliced carrots, thyme, bay leaf and pepper.
- Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
- Once stored overnight, remove chicken and vegetables from the marinade. Filter water marinade, set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet concave. Add chicken, stir-fry briefly until browned. Lift and move into the iron pot.
- Saute the vegetables until slightly browned, then mix into the iron pot.
- Add the garlic.
- Cook marinade to boil water using a separate iron pan.
- Pour chicken and vegetable stir water into the marinade, cover and cook until boiling for 1 to 2 hours.
- Prepare a separate pan, melted butter and enter a bacon, mushroom and shallot onions. Stir-fry until lightly browned, for about 8 minutes.
- Before serving, put the bacon mixture into the iron pot contains chicken. Mix well and heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with parsley, serve with pasta in a separate bowl. (GH / yel)
