Serves 4
Ingredient :
Frisee, to taste
300 gr beef bacon, fried until dry with butter
2 sm red wine vinegar
Dijon mustard to taste
White vinegar to taste
4 sm olive oil
4 eggs
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Taste of white bread, cut into cubes
How to Make Lyonnaise Salad :
Dressing
Mix salt and pepper into the vinegar. Insert mustard and olive oil one at a time and mix until evenly distributed.
Roti Kering
- Heat olive oil and butter using a frying pan, then insert the garlic, saute for 1 minute.
- Put the piece of bread, dry fried until browned.
- Boil water with a depth of 6 cm tall, soft-boiled eggs can be so perfect.
- When water is boiling, reduce the heat so the water is not too frothy. Add the eggs and raise after 4 minutes.
- Peel the skin, and serve with vegetables.
- For the vegetables into 4 plates. Sprinkle vegetables with chunks of crusty bread and bacon.
Put each Soft-boiled Eggs over the salad, then flush with the dressing. (GH / yel)
