Ingrendient :
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Directions:
1. Combine all.
2. Pour over meat in zip-loc bag.
3. Marinate meat 4-12 hours, refrigerated
